Infrastructure

As the Corporate Service Operations Manager for Wind River Systems for over seven years, I have experience in hiring, managing, leading and organizing large, highly dynamic and fast-paced engineering departments. A liaison between other departments and customers is an integral part of my experience. My project management assignments were directly related to researching, reporting, creating and communicating a viable and organized structure for both the department and the company.

Call Center creation & management as well as technology project management are just some of my specialties.

Digital Technology

Twelve years in Silicon Valley has given me a keen insight in digital technologies, especially in the realm of networking, embedded systems, multimedia, graphics and digital video. My technical experience started while working for SuperMac/Radius, a company that was a forerunner in digital video and graphics. I understand today's technologies.

With Hypermean, I have expanded that knowledge and applied it to internet applications, web design and information technologies.

Workforce Training

Among my primary expertise is creating the processes and procedures for company operations and training sales forces, engineers, programmers and executives.

I present to and work with companyís teams, partners and customers in their training, management, reporting and project needs.

New Financial Incentives

As an experienced division head in a sales department, finding new and creative opportunities to generate more revenue was always in the forefront of every activity. I started with most of my companies when they were budding public start-ups, and was proud to help them succeed; from 20 consecutive quarters of growth to becoming market leaders.

Our marketing experience spans almost a decade with executive level work with Netscape, Philips, UMAX and others.
